Landmark Ornament - Sautee Inn Bed & Breakfast

Limited Edition Twelfth in a Series.

The Sautee Inn Bed & Breakfast was first built in the mid-to-late-1800s as a wayside stop along the Unicoi Tumpike for local travelers. It burnt to the ground and was rebuilt with the same floor plan in 1896 and became known as the Alley House. In 1937, the owner removed about 1/3rd of the building.

The house had many uses, including a restaurant, private home, and B&B, until the current owners acquired the property in March 2022, keeping the history of the inn alive in the North GA Mountains.
