SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

All orders are processed withing 2-3 business days; however, any orders placed between Thursday-Sunday may not ship until the following Monday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone call.

FREE SHIPPING

For item's marked "Free Shipping", free shipping is only applied to that item. All other items in the order will have their shipping calculated separately.

FARMER CHEESE ORDERS

All orders containing our Swedish Farmer Cheese Wheel must be shipped between Monday and Wednesday. Our Farmer Cheese is not refrigerated during transit; however, during colder months the cheese can remain fresh three or more days with no issue. If your Farmer Cheese does not arrive to you fresh please contact us via our contact form or call us at 1-888-463-9853 to receive compensation. Farmer cheese orders going to the West Coast may require shipping via USPS to ensure it arrives to you as fresh as when we shipped it. USPS may not be a shipping option at times; however, our team will change the order to USPS after the order is placed.

GLASS PRODUCTS

All orders containing glass products (for example, canned goods and Glogg) will be shipped with extra care. These orders typically are more expensive to ship since extra weight is added to the package to ensure the glass remains safe during transit. This extra weight comes from the extra packing used to keep the glass products secure.

GIFT ORDERS

All orders that are requested as gifts (or are gift boxes themselves) will be packaged with a specialty shred within the box. This shred is combined with our other packing techniques to create a quality gifting experience. Any orders that have requested a note to be placed in the box will receive a hand-written note with the requested dialogue
