Refund policy

Most items are able to be returned to our store within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. If you require a refund you may use our contact form on the website including your name and order number.

If an item was on sale it will be refunded at the sale value and not the full price value.

Some items are not eligible for refunds. These include:

- Any type of knife (including Case knives)
